I have no idea if I will offroad this truck or not. I told them not to make it too nice or I won't offroad it. Right now, I am thinking that I can use the truck for minor trails and camping, but nothing like Rocky Gap Road. I am torn. Before the roll. I wasn't planning on trails that hard. We will see........ |

| Yeah, I just say that b/c nice paintjobs and desert brush do not mix well together... youll end up with pinstripes on your new paint for sure around here. You would be fine on easier trails though, no need not to wheel it. |

Actually, that was not what I originally planned. I am still planning on converting to FI but that won't happen till the cooler months. I didn't tell them to paint it that way, they just did. The painter was being "artistic" on the truck and wanted it to look different than other Blazer/Jimmys out there. Currently, I am planning the truck will be limited to camping trips (like overton) and very minor trials. Maybe I will be more likely to offroad after daily driving has taken its toll on the paint job.
Now I can take y'alls ridicule, since Nate will be getting a 4X4. |

No man, don't take it as ridicule, you just suprised me, but I guess it wasn't even you, the painter did a heck of a job for just being artistic! Holy Cow! I'm impressed. Did he get the cage done yet?
Did Nate dog finally find a 4x4 Taco?

Nate hasn't found one yet but he is actively searching. I have not had an update on the truck this week. Nate and I have been in Reno/Lake Tahoe area and just back today. As soon as I find out I will let you know. I do like the paint job; I just need to decide what extent that I want to offroad. However, this is still an improvement from before the truck. I need a little experience first before tackling another trail like Potato Ridge. |

Yep, all you need to do is log a couple hundred hours in Black Mountain and you'll be ready for anything. Right Aaron?
And I hope Nate finds himself a truck. I'd really like to see him out driving on the trails with us. |

HEy Keith, this brings up good point that Haase and I were talking about last night. We need to have a CORE basic training class were people can get some "real world" off road experince in a "non threatning" enviornment. Different obsticals and such so people can get a better idea of how their veh works.

| I finally saw my truck earlier this week. The truck looks really nice in the pictures but close up, it has flaws. Therefore, I will probably offroad it after all. |
